Membership Requirements
Now that you know what we are all about and want to be part of the UGI family, it’s time for us to
talk you through our admission process.
Prerequisite:
1. Membership of Uratta Global Initiative is open to all sons of Uratta resident in any part of the world
2. Must have the passion to serve and commitment to the vision and mission of the group
3. Must have attained a minimum of 25 years of age at the time of indication of interest to join us
4. Must possess a minimum of Senior Secondary school certificate (or its equivalent) at the time of application
5. Must have a defined, legitimate and verifiable means of livelihood
The Process
• Completion of the membership registration form (click on this link to download) and submit to the welfare committee via email
• Payment of a non-refundable registration fee of ₦50, 000.00 (Fifty thousand Naira) only
• Provide two character reference letters from existing members, traditional ruler, or a Clergy
person of repute who can attest to his character worthiness (One of such references must
be from an existing member of UGI in good standing)
• Once application is screened and following a satisfactory background check, you will be invited for an informal chat/interview by membership panel
• Successful applicants will undergo a 3-month probationary period before being fully admitted
